Go Northwest for 8.3 miles and bear right on ramp at sign reading 'Exit 9B MD-140 West to Westminster'. Continue on MD-140 21.9 miles. Or, take Interstate 70 West to Frederick and take 15 North 20 miles. Approximately 1.25 hours travel time. 

From Washington, DC

Take Interstate 270 North to Frederick. Interstate 270 turns into Rt. 15. Take 15 North to Gettysburg. Approximately 1.5 hours travel time. 

From Harrisburg, PA

Take Rt. 15 South to Pa/Md line. Emmitsburg is first exit in Maryland - Approximately 1 hour travel time. 

From Morgantown, WV

Take 340 East to Frederick. Then take 15 North to Gettysburg. - Approximately 1 hour travel time.
