Public Hearing - On December 5, 2005 the Emmitsburg Mayor and Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 17, Section 17.32.060 of the Emmitsburg Code “Special Exceptions requiring board of appeals approval in residential districts” (Family Daycare Homes). The hearing is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., in the Commissioners Board Room at 300A South Seton Avenue, Emmitsburg, MD 21727. Copies of the proposed amendment are available at the Town Office or select Ordinance No. 05-17.
