Webmaster Emmitsburg.net                          January 2003 – present

• Served as Webmaster for 2,700 page non-profit community web site.  Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of this distinctive non-profit community web site made up of over 22 individual community organizations, all sharing one individual identity.  Specific responsibilities included working with community members to identify and organize content for their sites, creating hyperlinked knowledge pathways to allow visitors to seamlessly jump internally from site to site, and conducting training of community members on web site operations, and site redesign to incorporate latest web technologies.

Server, Ocean Pride Restaurant Summer                                  2001- present

• Provide excellent customer service to the patrons of this popular Baltimore seafood establishment
• Work as a member of a 30 person team to efficiently maintain high standards of service

Mount Ambassador, Mount St. Mary's College                       Fall 2000-present

• Discuss college history and current programs with prospective students and their parents
• Serve as tour guide for bi-weekly campus wide tours
• Participate in various activities run by the Office of Admissions such as information sessions, open houses and panel discussions

Sales Associate, IKEA Baltimore                                                   1997-2000

• Increased sales at the Baltimore location by assisting customers
• Collaborated with managers, co-workers and customers to ensure the smooth operation of the major international corporation

ACTIVITIES

Worked an average of 10-15 hours a week while attending school full-time. Additional employers: Olive Garden, Houlihan’s and Seton Day Care Center
