Ann C.
Ann is an intern for the
center with Nikki, currently working on outreach
with local newspapers and help with updating the
website. Also, she helps with various other
activities in the center. She has been in the
center since May 2006. "I like the friendly
atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming in the
center and supportive of all that we do."
Sharla W.
Sharla is an instructor
for the ABE/GED/Flex classes here at the center
and has been apart of our team for four years. She
enjoys her position because there is something new
everyday, and there are great people here. It is
“rewarding to be able to teach students’ skill
they can use in their daily lives.
Nikki
Nikki is the service
coordinator. She works closely with families in
case management services and also facilitates a
weekly peer support group for participants. Nikki
has been at the center since July of 2005. "It’s
rewarding to see what a difference the center
makes in the lives of our participants. It could
be something as little as someone getting their
driver's license all the way up to getting
accepted into college
Crystal
Crystal has been at the center since April of
2006. Her Job includes completing daily logs,
planning snacks and lunches, planning fieldtrips
and activities, supervising children and teaching
developmental activities, doing dishes and
laundry, transportation, grocery shopping, as well
as cooking. She enjoys the center because she is
able to meet new people, and enjoys teaching
children different activities.
