Staff Activity
- On February 11, the
staff, Mr Haller and Mayor Hoover met with MDE staff in
Baltimore for the purpose of gaining approval for sewer
connections for the new Maryland State Welcome Center
and the new Emmitsburg Glass facility.
- On February 14, the
staff attended a Main Street Workshop at the Maryland
Department of Housing and Community Development,
Crownsville.
- On February 16, the
staff met in pre-development conference with an
industrial prospect seeking to develop a 4.5 acre
industrial tract located in Emmitsburg.
- On February 24, the
staff attended a workshop of the Upper Monocacy Water
Restoration Action Strategey Task Force.
- On February 25, the
staff and Mr. Haller met with representatives of GLM
Engineering to conduct a final review of the site plan
submission for the Emmitsburg Ambulance company.
