Staff Activity

The Staff has solicited re-bids for Community Park bathrooms (9 vendors).

The Staff has completed a departmental profile which is to be added to the Town website.

This profile contains complete information on the responsibilities of the Planning and Zoning Department, Staff biographies, and complete and detailed information on permitting procedures required by the Town as well as Frederick County (see attachment).

The Staff prepared two text amendments to the Emmitsburg Code.
