Town Inspector - Frank Henry

Frank is a Building and Electrical Inspector, has been the Town Inspector since February, 2004. Frank is a life-long resident of Maryland and has lived in Emmitsburg with his family since 1996. He is a member of the International Association of Electrical Engineers (IAEE), the Maryland Building Officials Association (MBOA) and is a certified State Mechanical Inspector. In addition to his duties as Town Inspector, he continues to work as a Montgomery County Code Enforcement Officer, an position he has held since 1985. Prior to becoming a Code Enforcement Officer, he was an electrician with the Local 26, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers from 1970-1986. He is also a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the United States Air Force as a Military Policeman from 1965 - 1968.
