JUNE

June 27th, 7PM - 9PM — Concert in The Park Kick Off. Kick off Independence
Day with the Emmitsburg Community Chorus at the new Community Park bandstand.

June 28th — The Lion’s Club 26th Annual Community Day (at the Community
Park) Food and fun all day with Independence Day Fireworks at night.

JULY

July 11th, 7PM - 9PM — Family Pool Party at the Emmitsburg Pool

July 18th, 7PM - 9PM — Concert in the Park with the vocal styling's of
Julia Crifasi. New Folk, Indie Rock and Blues Band Music for the whole family at the
new Community Park bandstand.

July 25th, 6PM - 8PM — Teen Pool Party at the Emmitsburg Pool

AUGUST

August 1st, 7PM - 9PM — Concert in the Park with Al Parsons Band at the new
Community Park bandstand.

August 8th, 7PM - 9PM — Pre-Teen Pool Party at the Emmitsburg Pool

August 22nd, 6:30PM - 8:30 PM — Family Pool Party at the Emmitsburg Pool

August 29th, 7PM - 9PM — Concert in the Park with Dan Sherman . Classic
Rock at the new Community Park bandstand.

SEPTEMBER

September 5th-7th— 51st Annual Emmitsburg/Thurmont Community Show at
Catoctin High School.

September 12th, 7PM - 9PM — Concert in the Park with Blue Streak . Rock/
Jazz Fusion at the new Community Park bandstand.

DON’T FORGET THE FARMER’S MARKET: Every Friday through Oct. 19th.
Vendors will be selling fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables, potted plants, cut
flowers, dairy products, emu products and baked goods.
