Vendor space can be reserved for the South Mountain Fair. Below is the schedule of fees for concession space.

  • All food vendor space $175
  • Indoor commercial space 10'x12' $175.00
  • Outdoor commercial space 20'x40' $175.00
  • Camping fee (showers available) $20.00/day
  • Electrical hookup 220V service $10.00/day

If you are a returning vendor from last year's Fair and wish to remain in the same location, please note this when you apply for space and we will try to accommodate your request. If you are an outside vendor with a trailer we will need to know the length of your trailer, including hitch when you apply for space.

If you need a high amp breaker you must contact the Fair office at 717-677-9663. An electrician will be on location on setup days.

There will be a small fee to food vendors who need to dump grease at the end of the week. Contact the Fair office for additional information.

A non-refundable deposit of $50/space is due by April 15. If we do not have a deposit by April 15, replacement vendors will be contacted for admission into this year's Fair.

Checks should be made payable to the South Mountain Fair Association.

After July 15 all fees must be paid by cash or cashier's check, no personal checks will be accepted.

Check with the Food Vendor or Inside/Outside Commercial Vendor Chairpersons before sending a deposit to make sure space is available.

Each vendor will receive 2 Fair admission passes per day. Additional passes may be purchased at the Fair office.

The Fairgrounds will be open for setup on Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Please do not place equipment at other times without making special arrangements. There will be a map of vendor spaces in the office. Check before setting up equipment. Call the chairpersons with any questions.

Application forms for Inside/Outside Commercial vendor space can be found on our web site at www.southmountainfair.com. Contact the Food vendor chairperson to apply for space for a food stand.
