The 85th South Mountain Fair will be held Tuesday, August 21st, 2007 through Saturday, August 25th, 2007. Concession spaces are now being reserved. Below is the schedule of fee for concessions.

All FOOD vendors' spaces $175.00

• Concession spaces up to twenty (20) feet 75.00
• Concession spaces over twenty (20) feet 100.00
• Camping fee (showers available) 10.00/day

If you are a returning exhibitor from 2006 and wish to remain in the same location, please note this on your application and we will try to accommodate your request. Also, because some upgrades have been made in equipment, we will need to know the length of your trailer, hitch included. Working with longer trailers has made it necessary to re-assign exhibitor spaces, especially in the areas where we have trees. There will be a map of assigned spaces in the Fair office. Check there before setting up equipment.

Fees for electrical hook ups are the same as last year: $5 for 110V service and $10 for 220V service. If you need a higher amp breaker, you must contact the Fair office. An electrician will be on location on set up days. For food vendors, if you need to dump grease before leaving the fairgrounds at the end of the week, contact the Fair office. There is a small charge for this service.

Please return the enclosed reservation form with your non-refundable deposit of $50/space by April 15, 2007. Full payment must be received by May 30, 2007. If we do not have a deposit by April 15, replacement vendors will be contacted for admission into this year's Fair. Send your reservation form and check, made payable to the South Mountain Fair Association. Each exhibitor will receive two (2) admission passes per day per space. Additional passes may be purchased at the Fair office.

The Fair grounds will be open for set-up on Sunday, August 19, 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.; Monday, August 20, 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. and on Tuesday, August 21, 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 noon.
