All equipment must be in operating
condition and should indicate the year it was manufactured, if known.
Entries can only be operated
at the discretion of the management.
Limited
exhibit space has been provided. Space will be limited to 3 pieces of equipment
per exhibitor. Pre-registration is required. The pre-registration deadline is August 15,
and must be in the department chairperson's possession, NOT postmarked as of this date.
Entries received after August 15, will be accepted at the discretion of the
chairperson and the South Mountain Fair Association. Registration forms are available
online at www.southmountainfair.com.
Entries receiving prize money the
previous year are only eligible to receive a ribbon the next year.
Each exhibitor must secure an
exhibitor's number. Fee is $1.00. Numbers can be obtained on the grounds Sunday
and Monday during registration times. (Please DO NOT send money with this form).
Exhibits will be accepted on Sunday
August 17, 2008, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Monday, August 18, 2008, between
4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Exhibits must remain on display until
10:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2008.
Please remove any and all name tags
(identifying owner) from equipment.
