1. See General Fair Rules and Regulations.
2. In selecting fruit for exhibition, choose specimens that would bring the highest market price. Do not select the largest; select medium size specimens. For plate displays, select specimens as nearly alike as possible.  
3. Each exhibitor must designate the variety entered and arrange the specimens on a plate, tray, etc., in a manner acceptable to the committee. Entries incorrectly named will be disqualified or transferred to the proper variety group at the discretion of the committee.
4. All fruit specimens per entry must be of the same variety.
5. If only one or two entries are made of an uncommon variety, these entries will be judged based upon a comparison of the entry with a published description of the variety.
6. Fruit exhibits in trays must be of the correct size as indicated by the charts below. Fruits not meeting these size requirements will be disqualified.
7. Exhibits will be accepted on Sunday August 16, 2009, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Monday, August 17, 2009, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
8. The committee will remove any spoiled fruit and will spray as needed to control fruit flies.
9. Grapes, peaches, and nectarines that are overripe at the end of the exhibition period should be discarded.
10. The committee may divide the specimens of any variety into groups in order to recognize the merit of several entries.
11. Each exhibitor is responsible for picking up prize ribbons. No ribbons will be mailed.
12. Exhibits will be released to exhibitors on Sunday, August 23, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. No prize money will be awarded for exhibits removed in violation of this rule.
