January Charter Night Banquet celebrating our 31st anniversary
Vision care assistance throughout the year
Eye glasses recycling throughout the year
March March 29: Dance 8-12 p.m. at the Ambulance Center featuring the Rock & Roll Relics. Tickets $15 in advance, $20 at the door. All proceeds to our Scholarship Fund and Community Day Fund.
April April 26: Car Wash behind the Carriage House Inn, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Proceeds to the Emmitsburg Heritage Days (formerly Community Day) fund. 
May May 3: Chicken barbecue fundraiser and communal yard sale at Tollgate Hill, RT15 Emmitsburg. All proceeds to our Scholarship and Emmitsburg Heritage Days (formerly Community Day) funds. All are welcome to bring and setup your own yard sale table(s). Customary donation of $5.00 per table.
June June 28: Emmitsburg Heritage Days (formerly Emmitsburg Lions' Community Day). Our club's time-honored activities are centered at the Emmitsburg Community Park. In this year's well established Lions event of 31 years we invite other community organizations and activities of Emmitsburg to join us in presenting our best and concerted event yet, featuring our traditional games for kids, delicious food, parade and community program, scholarship presentations, and the much acclaimed fireworks showDetailed information forthcoming.
August Our "Family Picnic" where we acknowledge the support of our family members and friends and all others (not-yet Lions) who volunteer their time to help our small club perform BIG projects.
October Halloween Night: Our traditional 6:00 p.m. parade and party for the children, ghosts, and goblins of Emmitsburg at the Vigilant Hose CO6 fire hall. Parade participants assemble at North Seton and DePaul.
December Dec 6 (St Nicholas Day): Our long standing Christmas Party for the Children of Emmitsburg, Hosted at the Vigilant Hose CO6 fire hall. Free for children of ALL ages! Crafts, Magic show, Food, and a visit by Santa and Mrs. Claus. Additional details, times to be announced.
Ongoing food drive campaign for Christmas Dinner "Baskets". Distribution day(s) of this Christmas assistance to our area's needy is TBA. We will assist well over 50 families who will be notified before delivery.
