The Emmitsburg Lions Club meets at 6:30 pm on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at the Carriage House Inn, 200 South Seton Avenue in historic Emmitsburg. Club meetings in July, August, and September are held at the Emmitsburg Memorial Park Pavilion behind the Emmitsburg Post Office.
