About Us

Joni's Fruit 'n Ice Connection was established in 2000 as a loving tribute to her father. The familiar tiki hut trailer strives to serve quality drinks using real fruit (whenever possible) and only the finest ingredients with supplements for the nutrition conscious rider. While the signature drink of Fruit 'n Ice is the smoothie, the young & young at heart may also enjoy snowballs, lemonade, and ice tea. For the sophisticated set, lattes, cappuccino, and chai latte are also at hand. Fruit 'n Ice would like to acknowledge its gratitude to Mike & Dale Clabaugh of the Menfelt Horse Show Facility for launching Fruit 'n Ice into the eventing circuit. (Sadly, Menfelt no longer hosts any events.)
