Celebrate the Season with a Celtic Yuletide with Michael Londra at the Majestic Theater

(11/17) Celebrate the holiday season with an evening of heartwarming stories, magical songs and breathtaking dance from Christmas in Ireland at the Majestic Theater on Wednesday December 16 at 7:30p.m. Some of Ireland's finest musicians and dancers join Michael Londra onstage to perform age-old Celtic airs on pipes and low whistles. The glow of Christmas in Ireland from this show is guaranteed to send you out into the winter's night warmed by the spirit of a Celtic Christmas with Irish Carols Don Oíche Úd I mBeithil, The Wexford Carol (his hometown Christmas song), as well as Michael's own carol "Beyond The Star" and also holiday favorites such as Silent Night, Ave Maria, and O Come O Come Emanuel.

Michael Londra is best known as lead singer in the production of Riverdance on Broadway. In addition, his recording of Danny Boy was described by The Irish Emigrant in New York as "One of the best recordings of Danny Boy in history." The Youtube video of this recording has been seen by 1.7 million people as of Oct 2009. Michael's work with partner Jean Clancy on the Celtic Woman project created by Sharon Browne was a turning point in Michael's career off stage. He has been involved in many productions around the world as an artistic director and producer.

A Celtic Yuletide tickets are priced from $42 to $35 (taxes and fees included) for reserved seating. Come early and celebrate the evening with us! We are pleased to announce that Mamie's Café will be open for cocktails and appetizers, two hours before the show and one hour after the show. In addition, shop for the holidays in our lobby as we will feature some of the local Irish Shops before the show.
