Thin Crust Pizza at Home

Cajun-Creole Cuisine
Monday, January 21, 5-8 p.m.

Cajun-Creole
Cajun-Creole cuisine is diverse and richly flavorful, arising from the rustic, provincial French cooking adapted by the Acadians to Louisiana’s native ingredients. Learn to prepare shrimp creole—spicy and peppery (but not too hot!), filled with the flavors of the region, and studded with big, juicy, fresh shrimp and served over fluffy rice. For dessert, we’ll prepare Cajun-country bread pudding with rum sauce and Chantilly cream. This will be a dinner your guests will not forget!
